Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard shipping (3–5 business days): free on orders over $39, otherwise $4.95.
• Expedited shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Christmas delivery: order by December 17 (standard) or December 19 (expedited) to receive your items in time for Christmas. These are the carriers' recommended send-by dates — please order early, as carrier delays are out of our control.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your holiday décor. If something isn't right, you have 10 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, email us at hello@violetnoel.com with your order number.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
• Final-sale and clearance items can't be returned.

Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
